You can turn off auto-renew at any time from your i Tunes account settings. I can't do offline searching on my Dropbox and I have a lot of files.. We use Dropbox to transfer photos, you can't edit video in the cloud and so on.
Dropbox also offers one-month trials for monthly subscriptions. Recently I provided a friend with a link to an album on Dropbox with 300 photos from her wedding - each had to be downloaded individually.
Looking on dropbox.com, I can see that despite the little Sync icon was spinning on the i Phone, no files are being touched on Dropbox.
When I look in the Settings, the Sync button takes me to a page that shows "Items: 353" and else.
Dropbox is the place for your photos, docs, videos, and other files.
This works, however the same problem returns once my mac is restarted. When I look at the individual vaults, they are both configured to use Dropbox and I can press the "sync now" button and the icon spins then it claims the sync was successful, but still shows nothing has changed.I do update passwords on whichever device I have handy at the time so I cannot know that either of them is completely up to date - I've been assuming that the sync was on a record-by-record basis.I could write a scene in Scrivener on my computer and manually sync the project to Dropbox. Then I could open the rtf file from Dropbox on my laptop and edit it in a rich text editor. But with the ineluctable arrival of Scrivener for i OS, Literature & Latte completely revamped the internal structure of the Scrivener project file.
